Over the last 4 years, Green Park has worked closely with LSEG, providing high-quality interims within the HR community to support numerous change situations across the group.

Green Park was first engaged with the group in early 2013 as a result of the merger with LCH Clearnet, where Green Park supported the integration of the two businesses with provision of skillsets in the area of HR programme manager, communications specialists and HR business partners.

The business subsequently decided to implement new technology and operations management within the HR function to move to a business partnering model. Green Park was asked to provide a range of interims over a period of time to support this restructure. Some of the interim talent recruited into the organisation during this period were an HR shared service centre lead, SSC project manager, ER specialist, reward programme manager, talent and L&D specialists and senior HR business partners.

Green Park developed extremely strong relationships with the HR leadership team, which gave understanding of the different business areas, which allowed the quick supply of high-quality interims. Green Park is recognised as a trusted partner to the business in the supply of senior HR interim talent.

More recently, Green Park has supplied HR interims into the business to assist with the offshoring of part of the business to Sri Lanka and a restructure within one of the core business lines (OD specialist, HR project manager and HR business partner).

Having worked with the business for a number of years now, Green Park recognises the quality and culture fit of talent required within the business. The company has a very stringent interview process, which includes usually a two-stage interview and subsequent SQL testing for all interims wanting to work in HR. Knowing this, Green Park is able to prepare interims for interview process effectively, speeding up the recruitment process.
