Green Park delivered a longlist of high-quality risk professionals, of which Bill Gray was the chosen candidate. Bill, in the words of Steve Deutsch, the chief executive of Wesleyan Bank, has “huge experience across the banking and financial sector that will help us strengthen the Wesleyan Bank brand and help us fulfil our growth plans in the years ahead”.
Bill is a senior finance executive, with over 25 years’ extensive banking, finance and risk experience gained across the UK’s major financial and banking brands. Bill had a deep and strong understanding of the end-to-end operation of different banking models, coupled with an excellent track record of designing, building and executing robust enterprise wide risk frameworks. He will be responsible for contributing to the continued growth of Wesleyan’s activities and its future business strategy to increase in size through organic growth.
