Our Experts
Tilly Vadgama
Consultant
Tilly Vadgama is a Consultant in Green Park’s Diversity, Inclusion, Culture & Ethics (DICE) Practice. A power and inequalities specialist, Tilly has conducted research in diversity and inclusion and more specifically into the relationship between the Black Lives Matter movement and social media.
Within the DICE practice, Tilly draws on her background in academic research, sociology, and sustainability. Leveraging her theoretical understanding, Tilly produces critical reviews of workplace policies and practices.
Tilly graduated from the University of Brighton with a First Class degree in Sociology. During her time at University Tilly undertook multiple internship roles for organisations and projects with a focus on inequalities and sustainability.
