Launched at the 2016 World Retail Congress in Dubai, the study received notable global press coverage, distribution to all delegates and a featured panel discussion as part of the Congress programme.
The report’s authors have interviewed retailers across multiple sectors from around the world in order to harness the best possible insights into current and future skills challenges.
The report also invites views from private equity and retailing analysts, as well as leading academics. The final report was published at the World Retail Congress in Dubai in April 2016 and is available for download below.
