Change & Transformation

Agents for Change; the crucial individuals within an organisation who help transform fortunes by altering cultures.

Working with boards, the executive office and change management leaders, as well as wider stakeholder groups across the organisation, Green Park analyses resourcing requirements and creates a recruitment and succession planning blueprint that aligns to the transformation plan, targeting specific key hires, as well as building talent pools for future use through market mapping.

We understand the sensitive and time pressured nature of major transformation initiatives, and our approach is to work as a genuine strategic partner, taking responsibility and accountability for delivering results on time and to budget. Our consultants not only have a depth of technical understanding of the recruitment process, they also understand the fundamentals of successful business, and the key elements of implementing and embedding sustainable change. It’s that specific transformation and business knowledge that sets the Green Park team apart from the competition.
