The Interim Assignment
The Interim Business Change Consultant will assist the European website re-launch by creating a cradle-to-grave target operating model, sitting between the European operations and international group function. The operating model will consist of end-to-end design (people, process, policies and procedures).  It will be an incredibly hands-on role, dealing with multiple teams, functions and countries. The Interim Assignment

The interim Fashion / Apparel Multi-Channel Merchandiser will be pivotal in driving department strategy. Planning, managing and achieving the targeted measures of sales, stock turn, markdown and profit through the construction of commercial ranges. You will be responsible for effective range planning and markdown control, manage Terminal Stocks to keep within budgeted levels while consistently managing the supply base, monitoring commitment and Intake and work closely with the supplier to minimise lead times, create flexibility and improve availability. You will lead a small team with established assistant merchandisers.

Our client is a Unitary Authority in the South East.

The Interim Assignment
The Interim Category Manager – Facilities Management / Estates will lead on category of spend across facilities management / estates. You will be expected to provide a professional, customer-focused service for the procurement of goods and services within the afore mentioned Category Management Framework delivering a tender exercise for one of the Facilities Management contracts. The contract focuses specifically on Mechanical Services Reactive Maintenance (Repairs of Heating, Ventilation, Gas Services and Boilers) so experience in this area is preferred. A key outcome will be to contribute to the achievement of the strategic sourcing savings targets of £10.7 million by 2014/15, develop and implement innovative approaches to supply arrangements that minimise costs and commercial risks, delivering cashable savings, whilst at the same time enhancing the services the council provides to the local community. Large contract re/negotiation & strategy would be advantageous.

The Client
Our client is a leading group of CCGs which is looking to appoint an interim Director of Commissioning for a period of 4-6 months.

The Interim Assignment
The interim Director of Commissioning will be responsible for holding brief on the commissioning agenda on behalf of the Accountable Officer, providing senior support to the partnership agenda, providing strategic support on the non elective/ urgent care commissioning agenda and providing direct managerial support to the teams. This role will not encompass contracting as the function is currently housed in the CSU but the interim will be expected to provide senior support to the urgent care board, ensure QIPP delivery is on track, improve the commissioning of end of life care, manage the prescribing team and contribute to the development of the 5 year strategy.

The role reports to the Assistant Director and the key requirements are: • To lead and develop strategic commissioning for Adult Social Care and Health, resulting in the provision of high quality, cost effective services.
