The Interim Assignment
The role will surround maximising the commercial potential of our client’s ecommerce sales channel by achieving sales and profit budgets through commercial understanding of the product, customers and internal capabilities. The Interim Head of E-Commerce / Multi Channel will need to translate the digital vision into clear goals and objectives for the online trading team by leading all Online Trading & Planning activities and manage the online critical path calendar. You will need to maximise margin while growing sales and customer recruitment by effectively managing markdown and promotional events with the senior management team. This role will deputise the Multi-Channel Director when required and lead and develop the online trading team with clear succession plans.

Our client is a renowned global high street fashion leader.

The Interim Assignment
Continuing with their European expansion our client is embarking on a cradle to grave review of their European wholesale operation whilst assisting with the day to day running of the wholesale business. As such, as they require an interim wholesale director (fashion and apparel – large scale) at board level with a proven career within Europe to assist our client in completing this review and then report back to group.

This individual - in addition to completing a cradle to grave review - will assist with establishing financial plans by category and drive the merchandise strategy. You will be responsible for assisting channel P&L, ensuring proper mix and scale to deliver gross margin targets and offer advice on strategy - making sure it’s executed with brand in mind and in a consistent way across all points of Wholesale distribution.

You will partner all areas of the business, paying particular interest to the product and sales teams to get the right product in the right stores at the right price at the right time, with a focus on driving innovation. You will collaborate with product teams to develop synergies across channel, allowing the product to efficiently build a global product line. You will analyse sales and inventory reports in order to determine appropriate recommendations whilst visiting stores throughout the European market regularly and monitor industry trends and apply observations to assortments.

The Interim Assignment
The Interim Business Relationship Manager role will be required to:

The Interim Assignment
We require an Interim Sales and Marketing Director (Turnaround and Restructuring) to join a newly established programme team who are being appointed with the challenge of completing a European business review, country by country of failing units in need of turn around / restructuring. You will be working with the senior leadership team of each country, creating an end to end business review and then after successfully completing the review you will then enter a recommendation, design and implementation of a turnaround model that will dynamically restructure the environment to balance competing priorities, including closely managing liquidity, anticipating unforeseen risks and opportunities, and communicating with key constituents.

The Interim Manager
You will need to be an expert in B2B Sales and Marketing within the service environment delivering best practice, with an abundance of exposure within turnaround / restructuring environments. You will have gained this exposure through tenure at a leading B2B European organisation either within technology, telecommunications or wider business to business sales.  In addition, it would be heavily beneficial if you’ve had Private Equity or Management Consultancy exposure prior.  As a turnaround professional you will need to demonstrate a practical, results-oriented mind-set that understands that, in these situations, failure is not an option.  This role is pan-European, therefore you will constantly be travelling Monday to Friday. Ideally, you will be multi-lingual within European languages, however this is not a necessity, but Spanish/German will be looked upon favourably.

The Role
