Our Client

Our client is a Local Authority in the South East which performs adequately. In anticipation of the next round of Ofsted safeguarding inspections, they wish to hire a senior interim manager in children’s social care.

The Interim Assignment

The Interim Assistant Director of Children’s Social Care role has two facets. Firstly to lead on the operational management of key elements of service delivery in terms of safeguarding operations and the front door. Secondly, to lead on the Directorate’s improvement initiative ahead of the next Ofsted safeguarding inspection.

The Interim Manager

Applicants for the Interim Assistant Director, Children’s Social Care role will have significant expertise of service delivery at second tier. As an experienced Interim Assistant Director you will be fully in tune with the new inspection cycle and will have lead services elsewhere through inspections successfully, and / or will have led improvement / turnaround programmes at this level across children’s social care.

You will be social work qualified and ideally you will have up to 5 days per week availability. We anticipate this work lasting no less than six months. No matter when the service is inspected or what the outcome is, it is imperative to deliver measurable and sustainable improvements to the front door service and the full life cycle of safeguarding service for the benefit of service users and their families.

Our client is a London Borough Adult Services Directorate undergoing significant and rapid transformation.

The role

Our client requires an interim Assistant Director - Adult Social Care Operations Transformation - who is fully versed in all aspects of running and transforming adult social care operations, with a proven focus and eye for detail in adult safeguarding. The service is undergoing major transformation at a rapid but sustainable pace and this interim manager will report to the Director and lead day to day operations with a wide ranging change management brief to deliver rapid and significant improvements to the service, in particular on adult safeguarding.

The candidate

It is absolutely essential that candidates applying for this Interim Assistant Director, Adult Social Care Operations Transformation role have a significant proven track record at AD or maybe Director level in both running adult care operations and delivering major service turnaround. With a focus on adult safeguarding, candidates must be able to evidence their ability to dig deep in to the detail of the service to understand where performance is poor. Given that this is an improvement role, candidates must be available to work in London five days per week. There is little or no provision for remote working in this role given the needs of the service.

The Client

Green Park is partnering a household European high-street retailer who are embarking on a turnaround assignment, positioning themselves for leading growth throughout European markets.

The Interim Assignment

The Interim Group CFO will be pivotal in driving strategy and implementation of road map. You will need to be a proven Chief Financial Officer from the high street with experience working in large store networks (300 +) across either fashion / apparel or general merchandise.

This organisation will be going through core business change involving process, streamlining and efficiency improvement. You will ideally have exposure of multiple European countries and be used to tight deadlines and reporting, this is a private equity backed assignment.

Your remit would be to assist the brand re-positioning, provide leadership to an established competent team growing profitability whilst displaying gravitas. This role is centred in London but requires frequent European travel.

The Client

Green Park is partnering one of Nigeria’s household companies with their business transformation to position the group for continued success within global markets. With this in mind they are now looking for an interim International Group Financial Controller / CFO to head up Group Finance reporting directly to MDs and Chairmen. The group consists of major household brands within FMCG and Manufacturing.

The Interim Assignment

The Interim Group Financial Controller / CFO role is pivotal to the business transformation that our client is embarking on. You will be taking over an established finance team currently responsible for the group accounts. You will need to assess the current management and statutory reporting, before creating process improvement and streamlining to shorten reporting times.

In addition you will need to create a more complex reporting model. Our client is planning to improve all aspects of its accounting function, therefore proven experience in turnaround and transformation change is a necessity. Our client reports in both UK and Nigerian GAAP, looking to follow IFRS.

The Interim Manager

The Interim Group Financial Controller / CFO role would suit an established, hands on, well-rounded finance professional. You will need to not only have strong technical and statutory accounting skills but also be a very commercial astute individual in this rapidly growing entrepreneurial company.

This role is a 6 month interim assignment with possible longer term available, salary would equate to $20,000 PCM including all aspects of an expatriate package including accommodation, driver, chef / steward and return flights.

You will need to be financially qualified in either ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CA – preferably from a large international chartered big four firm.

The Interim Assignment
The successful Interim Head of ICT Operations will lead a team of circa 70/80 employees driving forward change and new ways of working in a truly customer focused environment. The Interim Manager
The successful Interim Head of ICT Operations will be dynamic and possess management experience of setting up, running, motivating and inspiring large teams, tackling under-performance through service turnaround. The Client

Our client, a leading NHS Foundation Trust, are looking to appoint an Interim Associate Director of Operations for the Women and Children’s division for 3 - 4 months.

The Role

The interim Associate Director of Operations for Women and Children’s Division will be reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer and will be responsible for the general management of the women’s and children’s division including a high number of community beds. Due to the current structure employed by the Trust, the successful candidate will need to be financially astute as they will have complete devolved control of the budget totaling £60 million and will be tasked with finding savings of c.£2 million. Additionally, they will need to be able to contribute to the upskilling of the current resources in the team and maintain the current detailed turnaround programme.

The Person

Applicants should have experience of managing a women and children’s division within an Acute/ Foundation Trust environment and will have worked in an organisation going through a transformation programme.
