Green Park partner with House of Fraser on Digital Restructure
Green Park is pleased to announce the placement of Mark Madden as Director of Digital Product at House of Fraser. This role is integral to the pioneering restructure undertaken by Chief Customer Officer, Andy Harding. The organisational restructure is centred around the unification of the customer insight team across brand, CRM and multichannel as well as the creation of a Digital Product department.
The creation of the Digital Product department, which is soon to be led by Madden, is considered one of the first of its kind within the retail sector. This department brings together the customer experience with the digital business development involved in the rollout of digital products such as mobile apps and international websites and is expected to exemplify best-practice in the embrace of omnichannel, moving forward into 2016.
Co-Founder at Green Park, Steve Baggi, comments that “this is another example of retailers bringing in skills from outside of the sector which are more advanced in the understanding of digital and the multichannel customer”.
