An exciting opportunity exists within one of our banking clients for an Interim Head of Reward. The successful candidate will be responsible for the reward change programme implementing a group grading system and salary banding; REMCO; implementing structure and best practice. Experience of working in a financial services regulated environment is essential, as is experience of working on major reward change programmes. The ideal candidate will be highly credible and experienced working with executive teams and have managed teams.
