Our client, global technology business, have an immediate need for an Interim Head of HR to join them as they embark on a significant period of change.
The Interim Assignment
This role will have responsibility for both the UK and Swedish offices as it will support them through a large restructure which is currently underway across the business and you will therefore be required to travel to Sweden on a regular basis to work with the office directly.
This role is hands on HR Generalist role and will encompass all areas of change including TUPE, Consultation, ER and Policy and Procedure review.
The Interim Manager
To be considered for this role it is essential that you have experience of Swedish legislation, have managed a population based in Sweden and also have solid restructuring experience including all aspects of TUPE and Consultations. You will be hands on, forward thinking and comfortable working in a fast paced changing environment. You will also be available to start immediately.
