An exciting opportunity has arisen working for one of our Financial Services clients as they seek to engage an HR Business Partner on an interim basis. Due to recent success the business is rapidly growing and this is a truly exciting time to join them as they embark on the next stage of this plan.
Duties are not limited to but will include:
- Driving projects around topics that include diversity and engagement, workforce planning, transformational/organisation design projects, leadership and talent development, employee survey, core cycle execution, facilitation of talent review & succession planning.
- Shape the overall people strategy for aligned area and be accountable for partnering with HR colleagues to design & deliver end to end solutions in line with business requirements
- Manage complex organisational problems
- Deliver business plan and processes, including Talent development and Performance
The successful candidate will be a hands on HR Business Partner, be pragmatic, well-organised and have the ability to work under pressure and operate with a high degree of autonomy and accountability. You will also have very good ER experience and be able to demonstrate this. Financial services experience is a must for this client.
