David has worked for the last 10 years recruiting senior interims into the public sector, holding both delivery and management roles. Following a number of years working for a global FTSE 250 recruitment business, David joined Green Park in 2011.
David leads on Green Park’s executive interim offering across central government, healthcare and charities and social enterprise, with a particular expertise in assisting organisations through complex periods of transformation, redesign and turnaround.
David’s work has ranged from sourcing the IT director of the Department for Energy and Climate Change through to the chief executive of Hounslow and Richmond Community Healthcare Trust. David prides himself on his consultative approach and his ability to work in partnership with organisations to build interim deliverables and milestones for potential assignments.
