Kirsten has over 20 years in the recruitment industry, having worked across a number of sectors and geographical locations, but most recently with financial services organisations that are undergoing business-wide change programmes.
She has delivered hundreds of senior level change roles in change, technology, risk, compliance and ops across retail, investment and private banking as well as insurance throughout her career and has specific specialism in identifying risk and change specialists for boards and executive committees across the financial services spectrum, including financial institutions, regulatory bodies, trade associations and consultancies.
Prior to joining Green Park, Kirsten worked with a leading management consultancy working across the change management piece.
