Nick is a leading Consumer and Retail specialist with over 15 years of experience working with some of the world’s most successful international brands. Having previously worked as the exclusive lead for Tesco on all of the Group’s executive appointments globally, Nick’s extensive sector expertise brings Green Park’s clients an in-depth knowledge of the leadership skills and organisational design necessary to compete and remain relevant in the transforming retail market.

Nick supported the Executive Committee and international management teams to transform Tesco in terms of their leadership and culture and has contributed to the rebuild of Tesco’s marketing, customer data and loyalty, finance, product, retail, cyber security and supply chain functions. He is also responsible for introducing Tesco to a new food concept from the US, to be launched within their UK stores, and has appointed the UK Managing Director to transform the customer experience in the UK.

Nick began his recruitment career in a US owned global executive search firm before founding his own search business in 2004. In 2010, he joined one of the most established executive search firms in the UK where he led all retail assignments. During this period, his clients included FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 multinationals including Tesco, GSK and Walgreens Boots Alliance. Drawing upon his extensive international experience, Nick built executive leadership teams for his clients in China, Hong Kong, South Korea, Thailand and Singapore and the UK and Ireland.
