DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION
Project Manager for Green Park’s Diversity and Inclusion Practice, Pao has a successful track record of helping Government and FTSE companies deliver against strategic plans through the review and development of inclusive practices and organisation culture. He also leads the Green Park Research and Analysis team, ensuring the year-on-year success of the Leadership Series and overseeing all benchmarking, data, insight and analytics exercises.
Successful running and coordinating overseas projects, providing logistical and administrative support to project teams throughout the project cycle, Pao has overseen logistics and delivery of high-level international programmes for EU funded projects in Turkey, Italy and Germany.
His experience includes leading projects specifically aimed at educational policy reforms, empowering women, young people, and NEETs and delivering social inclusion programmes across government, prestigious universities and private organisations. Creating career education programmes, Pao has also implemented policies to help educators become effective career advisers in vocational education training and career guidance schemes across Europe.
