The Client Our client a leading provider of mental health services are looking to appoint an interim programme manager to work alongside the current team in order to provide an independent analysis on a potential restructure of the current mental health service in order to improve effectiveness and financial viability. Our Client a leading NHS Acute Trust are looking to appoint an Interim Deputy Director of HR for a period of 6-9 months.

The Interim Manager
The Deputy Director of HR will lead on the development and management of multiple projects, programmes and initiatives, and business as usual HR activities through formal and informal relationships using direct and matrix reporting.

They will also be the single point of leadership and co-ordination for the development of business focused HR strategy, integrated business planning, HR service cost improvement planning and delivery and the effective management of all major workforce change programmes. The role will involve working closely with the Trust’s Executive Director of HR OD to lead, and drive, development and implementation of the Trust’s workforce strategy.
