The Interim Assignment
We require an Interim Sales and Marketing Director (Turnaround and Restructuring) to join a newly established programme team who are being appointed with the challenge of completing a European business review, country by country of failing units in need of turn around / restructuring. You will be working with the senior leadership team of each country, creating an end to end business review and then after successfully completing the review you will then enter a recommendation, design and implementation of a turnaround model that will dynamically restructure the environment to balance competing priorities, including closely managing liquidity, anticipating unforeseen risks and opportunities, and communicating with key constituents.

The Interim Manager
You will need to be an expert in B2B Sales and Marketing within the service environment delivering best practice, with an abundance of exposure within turnaround / restructuring environments. You will have gained this exposure through tenure at a leading B2B European organisation either within technology, telecommunications or wider business to business sales.  In addition, it would be heavily beneficial if you’ve had Private Equity or Management Consultancy exposure prior.  As a turnaround professional you will need to demonstrate a practical, results-oriented mind-set that understands that, in these situations, failure is not an option.  This role is pan-European, therefore you will constantly be travelling Monday to Friday. Ideally, you will be multi-lingual within European languages, however this is not a necessity, but Spanish/German will be looked upon favourably.

Assignment description
As an established Senior Group Accountant you will be assisting with IPO project management, maintaining and monitoring progress against key deliverables. You will be flagging issues, risks and ensure corrective action / remediation plan whilst working with external advisors to undertake an “IPO readiness” assessment. Implement recommendations in conjunction with the Finance function. This assignment will be based around a lead conversion from UK GAAP to IFRS - history and business planning whilst undertaking a competitive assessment of comparable listed companies accounting policies.

Candidate description

Green Park is partnering with a renowned global Private Equity firm with the establishment of one of their new propositions - the creation of a new high street retailer, with a circa of 25 to 75 stores within apparel.

The Interim Assignment
We require an established, hands on SME Finance Director who has a proven career within retail, preferably high street apparel.  The Interim Finance Director will be joining a newly established team who have been put in place by the global Private Equity firm with the intention of creating a new apparel brand to hit the British high-street.  This role will be incredibly hands on and will require your assistance in the creation of a new company and new retail stores.  This role will cover the end to end finance from statutory to commercial, along with the creation of a new finance team and systems.

The Interim Manager
The successful Interim Finance Director will need to be dedicated and display similar experience in an incredibly hands on position in business’s with a circa £50 to £150 million per year turnover.  Ideally you will have exposure of Private Equity and the pressures that come with this.  You will be a smart, creative, compelling and driven. You will not be afraid to lead others past their comfort zone(s) and be able to create a sense of urgency. Green Park is partnering a household Private Equity firm assisting them with the continued development of one of their leading consumer investments.

The Interim Assignment
Our PE client is midway through a successful business transformation of one of their leading investments, to complete the next stage of their strategy we now need to establish a global PMO office to combine 18 countries with the next stage or programme delivery. As the newly appointed Global PMO, you will be reporting to the Group Programme Director where you will be responsible for end 2 end establishment of the Global PMO. This PMO will be heavy on governance and providing project management including live analysis, senior stakeholder engagement, creation of work streams and project foundations.

Consumer environment. This role has the potential to go from Interim to long term / fixed contract / permanent.
