The Interim Assignment
This will be a key board assignment which encompasses everything through executive relationship management; digital marketing, e-commerce trading, team management of 50 FTE’s while assisting with roadmap development; You will be heavily looking into digital marketing content, marketing revenue creation and digital marketing strategy.

This individual will be operating as Chief Marketing Officer with the full breadth of responsibility inherent in such a position, but within a defined scope of Customer & Consumer within a digital environment.

Green Park requires an Interim Global Head of PMO and Transformation Strategy to sit within a newly created executive team reporting to board who are being appointed with the challenge of creating a Global PMO managing twenty streams of transformation across the global group. The Interim Assignment The assignment will surround the creation of The Global PMO appointed with the challenge of creating all governance structure of the twenty streams of transformation. The basic scope will be to: • Refining overall transformation plan and critical path • Revisiting interdependencies between work streams • Update critical success factors and overall risks at overall programme/ work stream level • Review governance structure of program Though the above is the basic scope, you will need to be considered an expert at granular level across each area. The Senior Procurement and Category Director would partner the executive leadership team across the business.

The assignment will surround the establishment of the procurement and category department across the business units handling strategic sourcing and supplier management with a key focus on innovation through the supply chain to drive continuous improvement.
