Our client is looking for an interim Senior Financial Modelling expert to work with 3 London Boroughs who are an Accountable Care Organisation (ACO) devolution pilot:

Key deliverables:

  • Understand the budget assumptions built within each of the three LA budgets for social care including demand assumptions, savings requirements and assumptions about degrees of integration with health;
  • Work as part of the NHS/LA Finance Directors workstream to understand how these assumptions compare/are affected by NHS budget plans including providing a resource to the LA Finance Directors to liaise in detail with NHS colleagues;
  • Develop a “no nothing” or minimal NHS integration model for LAs that can act as a comparison to the ACO “full integrations” business case to facilitate informed decision by members in July;
  • Develop the LA “negotiation position” with respect to what benefits need to accrue before LAs sign up to the business case and ACO model.

Working arrangements:

  • The work will involve collaborative working with LA and NHS finance leads and other colleagues involved in the preparation of the business case.
  • LA finance leads and social care colleagues will facilitate access to the appropriate information and save resources to assist in compiling information for analysis.
  • The work will be commissioned by the CE on behalf of the other ACO CEs and the Finance Directors.
  • A Finance Director will provide detailed supervision.

Our client, an independent employee-owned research and consultancy organisation which supports and champions the delivery of social impact are looking to hire an Interim Head of Business Development for a period of 6 months. The organisation works with public, private and third sector organisations to deliver research and insight, evaluation and impact analysis, and stakeholder/public engagement.

The Interim Assignment
The role will be to update and, where necessary, establish effective systems for business development across the organisation and to develop the overall approach to BD including embedding effective practices. The role will also be tasked with helping implementing the business development plan, establish the approach to key account management and understand the markets including developing sector BD plans. The role will also be tasked with carrying out targeted external BD activities, including direct client representation, in order to generate new markets, business and sales, representing the organisation to key partners and developing new partnership relationships in support of the overarching strategy. Our client, a leading health care regulator, are looking to hire an Interim Head of Financial Planning and Analysis for a period of 3 months but it is likely to be extended.

The Client
Our client a leading Charity are looking to hire an interim director of Finance for a 6 month period starting in April as the organisation looks to stabilise its position following a period of change.

The Interim assignment
The £75 million turnover organisation has recently overseen a growth phase having been awarded a new contract and the forthcoming acquisition of a £6 million business. The interim will therefore be tasked with stabilising a central finance team of 15 who have had some recent disruption, consult with the Chief Executive on the future financial planning and long term growth model, oversee the implementation of a new payroll system and oversee the absorption of this new business.

Applicants will have worked in large charities who’s turnover exceeds £30 million, leading a large finance function through a period of stabilisation. The role will be London based but allows flexible working and it should also be noted there is a federated model so there may be the odd day travelling to the regional sites. Green Park is proud to be partnering a global consumer business through a substantial business transformation agenda.

One channel of the transformation will require a deployment of a newly outsourced BPO across the global group, with this in mind we will require an Interim Business Change and Communications Manager to partner the 3rd party consultancy deploy the BPO (Centralised Finance) incorporate change across the work streams, impacting people, process and technology.

Assignment description
The appointed Business Change Manager will be accountable for all requirements of business change in regards to the BPO outsourcing, working in line with the change and communications framework. This will cover a multi-country deployment, stakeholder management and cradle to grave project planning. In addition to the project management (BPO / centralised finance outsourcing) you will be required to be active within other business change streams of the wider transformation.

The Change Manager will be an ambassador for the change management within the work stream (BPO), they will be responsible for coaching project teams (Supplied by the 3rd party) and BAU teams, ensuring change management is understood and why it is important and delivered in line with the overall work stream roadmap

Candidate description
We need an expert in delivering Business change and communications projects in a global shares service environment, it is very important that you have significant training and change programme management experience with a market leading employer and can demonstrate hands on robust project management, project governance and process skills within similar environments.

In addition to being a proven change leader, we will also require an individual with superb management and interpersonal skills; you will be responsible for driving forward a newly established team as well as having exec board stakeholder engagement, therefore as much as managing down will be of great importance, we will also need to see proven experience of managing up.

The shared service centre is based in Europe therefore there will be regular travel between the UK, Eastern Europe and Western Europe, therefore you will require the ability to be away from home on a Monday to Friday basis.
