Clarks approached Green Park to undertake both the executive interim search and the permanent appointment of their managing director for the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.

Green Park commenced its Interim+ proposition, quickly completing an in-depth human capital review upon presentation and sign off of the brief. The resourcing process utilised in-house tools GP Assess, GP Scope and GP enhance*. This allowed Green Park to leverage its extensive leadership network, quickly and efficiently securing an interim management solution for the business, enabling Clarks to regain stability of the regions and to continue to focus on their growth aspirations.

Upon the successful appointment of the interim managing director, UK and ROI, Green Park continued to partner with the Clarks board, providing on boarding and insights on performance management, which enabled us to quickly secure a permanent managing director, UK and ROI.

The successful candidate was previously general manager, Italy, of Disney and marketing director of Home Retail Group, Argos.

Since 2014, Green Park has successfully partnered the Clarks business across ten executive appointments surrounding their board.
