David brings over 15 years’ experience in performance improvement and learning and development, where he has worked with clients such as Lloyds Bank, Micro Focus, DB Schenker, DSV, Barclaycard and Mimecast.
Committed to adding commercial value through measurable results, David worked with his clients in partnership to provide people development solutions that enabled them to perform at the highest level. Consulting organisations and individuals, David’s experience includes designing the full learning and talent strategy for 5 brands within a major recruitment group across Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
David is a strong business partner who forms lasting relationships with candidates and clients. He is passionate about adding value throughout the recruitment process, applying his performance improvement expertise to his interim assignments to help both the candidate and client excel.
