David joined Green Park in 2011 and is now Partner of Green Park’s People Solution’s Practice which he founded after recognising his client’s need for a more consultative and diversity led offering to the recruitment solutions market.
Prior to this, David led on Green Park’s executive interim offering across central government, healthcare and charities and social enterprise, with a particular expertise in assisting organisations through complex periods of transformation, redesign and turnaround. With over 10 years of recruitment experience, David helps his clients to enable change by creating alternative approaches to resourcing.
David’s work has ranged from sourcing the IT Director of the Department for Energy and Climate Change through to the Chief Executive of Hounslow and Richmond Community Healthcare Trust. David prides himself on his consultative approach and his ability to work in partnership with organisations to build interim deliverables and milestones for potential assignments.
Prior to joining Green Park, David worked for a global FTSE 250 recruitment business.
