James joined Green Park in 2013 and now holds the position of Director in Green Park’s Retail and Consumer Practice. Recognised by the Institute of Interim Management (IIM) as one of the UK’s top 19 Leading Interim Provider Consultants (2018), James has over 10 years’ experience in the executive recruitment industry.
Predominantly working on Executive and Operational Board assignments for consumer businesses with a retail and digital focus, James specialises in the placement of Executive Interim Managers throughout the United Kingdom and Europe. Recent Operational and Board appointments include Asda, The Body Shop, Clarks, Selfridges, Wilko and Zalando.
Prior to joining Green Park, James worked in search and selection spanning the UK, Europe and Asia Pacific within senior executive resourcing and talent development.
