Karen has over twenty years’ experience as a recruiter, most of which has been focused on the placement of Executive Interim Managers.
Karen has operated across IT/Telecommunications, Central Government and most recently Transport and Infrastructure. She has operated across UK and EMEA and has worked for two leading firms in the Executive Recruitment space prior to joining Green Park.
When operating across Government, she focused on the development and growth of Non-Departmental Public Bodies, Quangos and Trading Funds, providing support in the form of high-end Interim Management to Government as they moved towards a greater Commercial focus and new ways of working.
Most recently she started up a thriving and successful Transport and Infrastructure practice specialising in the Bus and Rail Industry, recruiting both Franchise and Bidding specialists as well as those involved in the day to day operations and cultural change.
Throughout her career, Karen has operated in a consultative fashion, supporting clients with highly capable experienced interims, both from within and out of sector to operate in an objective results driven fashion. She puts the candidate and the client at the heart of her work and has been acknowledged regularly by the members of the Institute of Interim Management for her service to industry. Karen brings lateral thinking to her work and a passion and enthusiasm to provide a high-quality service. She enjoys working across sector and supporting her clients with solutions that span beyond their network.
She has joined Green Park to lead in the field of Operations, Business Change and Transformation and will be working across Commerce and Industry.
