Kenan has over six years’ experience of working as an Interim Recruiter with FTSE companies, SME’s and start-ups, helping them navigate through technology driven transformation and change, M&A and strategic/organic growth. Projects have ranged from supporting the UK’s largest publishers transition from print to digital to supporting major digital transformations within the public and private sector.
Prior to joining Green Park, Kenan held the position of Senior Consultant at a global recruitment consultancy and IT outsourcing service provider. As part of their senior appointments team, Kenan specialised in the placement of contract and permanent senior technology professionals, including Project & Programme Managers, Business Analysts, Product Owners/Managers and Solutions Architects.
Throughout his career, Kenan has developed a deep understanding of the challenges and pitfalls facing organisations on their journey to change and can provide confidential advice to both clients and candidates seeking to evolve and disrupt.
Prior to joining the recruitment industry, Kenan worked as a Financial Advisor for a major bank and holds a BA Honours in Business Management from Kingston University.
